You’ve probably heard the adage that time is your most precious resource because it’s the one resource that’s not renewable. You might’ve even heard me say that on an episode of Collegehood Advice, but recently I’ve had a change of heart.

It’s occurred to me that your most precious resource is…you. You’re precious because you’re here, and you matter because their is no one else with the same combination of experiences, perspectives, skills, and talents in this world.

In this episode, I share why it’s so important to take careful care of this precious resource and how you can begin to develop systems and a mindset to help you stay grounded in your truth even in the face of disadvantage, setbacks, and challenges.

What We Cover in This Episode:

  • Why time isn’t your most precious resource.

  • Why you don’t need to accomplish, produce, or accumulate to matter.

  • Why you don’t want to diminish your ability to weather life’s challenges.
